Canadian Choice Home Services is now hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant! With the expansion of our Eco-Friendly company, we are looking for a friendly and committed individual with excellent communication skills, who can carry out various responsibilities around the office.
A high standard of Customer Service is required when responding to inquiries from internal and external customers as an integral part of the Ontario Safety Standards team.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include the following:
- Prepare and/or editing excel spreadsheets
- Assist Executive staff with booking travel arrangements, hotel reservations and transportation as requested
- Contact businesses and vendors on behalf of the company if required.
- Responsible for Copying and Scanning documents
- Developing and nurturing relationships with customers
- Dissolve any potential customer complaints
- Collecting new customer information
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong customer service and commitment to quality
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects
- Demonstrates tact and professionalism, and maintains confidentiality
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in Office Administration
- MUST be available full-time
